Character Recovery

Azeroth Universe offers a character recovery service for characters coming from other private/official World of Warcraft servers.

How does recovery work?

- Do you have a character on another server?
- Do you want to carry over your progress to Azeroth Universe?
- Simply submit a recovery request by following the instructions below.

Conditions and recovery steps:

- Proof of character ownership will be requested (screenshot, video, armory if available, etc.).
- The recovered character will be given gear and a level adjusted to our balancing rules.
- Transfer of certain achievements, professions, and mounts may be possible depending on the criteria in place

How do I submit a request?
